🎓 Educational Qualifications
For Engineering Disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Naval Architecture, Civil, Safety):
- Degree in relevant Engineering discipline with minimum 65% marks from a recognized University/Institute approved by AICTE
Equivalent Disciplines Accepted:
- Mechanical: Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, Automobile Engineering
- Electrical: Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Electronics: Applied Electronics, Communication Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering
- Naval Architecture: Ocean Engineering, Ship Building, Marine Engineering
- Safety: Fire Technology & Safety Engineering
For Finance:
- Pass in final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CA) OR
- Pass in final examination of Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICWA)
For Human Resource:
- Two-year Master’s Degree with minimum 65% marks in:
- MBA with HR specialization OR
- Post Graduate Degree in Social Work (Personnel Management/Labour Welfare) OR
- Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management
💰 Stipend / Salary Details (per month)
During 1-Year Training Period:
- Consolidated Stipend: ₹50,000 per month
- Additional Stipend: Up to ₹3,000 per month for extra training hours on closed holidays (if required)

The selection process consists of two phases:
Phase-I: Online Objective Test (60 Marks)
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Total Questions: 60 Multiple Choice Questions
- Sections:
- General Awareness: 5 marks
- English Language: 5 marks
- Numerical Ability: 5 marks
- Reasoning Ability: 5 marks
- Subject-Based Questions: 40 marks
- Marking: 1 mark per question, no negative marking
- Test Centers: Kerala only
Minimum Qualifying Marks:

- OBC: 45%
- SC/ST: 40%
Phase-II: Group Discussion, Writing Skills & Interview (40 Marks)
