🎓 Educational Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following qualifications as on 23 February 2026:

  • Degree: Graduate from a recognized University
  • Typing Speed: Not less than 35 words per minute on Computer
  • The final result should have been declared on or before 23 February 2026
  • All qualifications must be from institutions recognized by Government of India

💰 Stipend / Salary Details

Pay Level: 6th Level of Pay Matrix (7th CPC)

Classification: Group-B Post

The exact salary structure will be as per Government of India norms for 6th Level Pay Matrix under 7th Central Pay Commission, along with allowances and benefits.


🎯 Selection Process

The recruitment involves a four-stage selection process:

Stage 1: Preliminary Examination (CBT) – Qualifying

  • Total Questions: 120
  • Total Marks: 120
  • Duration: 120 Minutes
  • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer

  • Duration: 120 Minutes
  • Part A: Essay (40 marks) + Letter (10 marks)
  • Part B: Grammar (30 marks) + Translation (20 marks)

Qualifying Marks:

  • General Category: 50 marks (50%)
  • Reserved Category: 45 marks (45%)

Stage 3: English Typing Test – Qualifying

  • Duration: 10 minutes
  • Minimum Speed: 35 words per minute on Computer
  • Permissible Mistakes: 3% of total words typed

Stage 4: Interview

  • Maximum Marks: 15

Final Merit: Final selection will be based on marks obtained in Stage 2 (Main Exam) + Stage 4 (Interview).
