Contract Duration: Initially for 89 days (extendable based on performance and requirement)
🎓 Educational Qualifications
Essential:
- MBBS degree from a recognized Medical College/University
- Must be registered with Delhi Medical Council (DMC) or MCI/NMC
- Valid registration certificate is mandatory
- Completed rotating internship
Desirable:
- Experience in oncology/cancer treatment (preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Note: Candidates who have completed MBBS but not registered with DMC/MCI are not eligible.
💰 Salary Details (per month)
Junior Resident: ₹80,000/- per month (consolidated)
Salary Components:
- Consolidated monthly remuneration
- No separate allowances (all-inclusive)
- Payment as per Delhi Government norms for contractual appointments
Additional Benefits:
- Residential accommodation (subject to availability)
- Duty meals during night duties
- Medical facility as per hospital norms

Selection Criteria:
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on MBBS final year marks
- Interview performance will be the deciding factor
- Preference may be given to candidates with oncology experience
Note: No written test. Selection purely on document verification and interview.

- OBC: 3 years
