Essential Requirements:
- ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) qualification from an Institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, OR
- GNM (General Nursing Midwifery) qualification from an Institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council
- Must be registered with West Bengal Nursing Council
- Must be proficient in Bengali (read, write, and speak)
- Must be a permanent resident of Purba Bardhaman district
