🎓 Educational Qualifications
For Staff Nurse:
- GNM course from an institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council (INC) or West Bengal Nursing Council, OR
- B.Sc. Nursing Course
- Must be registered under West Bengal Nursing Council (WBNC)
- Proficiency in local language required
For ANM (Community Health Assistant – Urban):
- ANM course from an institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council and registered with WBNC, OR
- GNM course from an institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council and registered with WBNC
- Proficiency in Bengali language required
- Must be a permanent resident of the district for which application is made
For Counsellor – XVFC:
- Graduation in Social Science from a recognized institute
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of MS-Office and computer skills
- Fluency in local languages (writing and speaking)
- Two years of working experience in Health Sector or Social Sector
💰 Salary Details (per month)
- Staff Nurse: ₹25,000/-
- ANM (Community Health Assistant – Urban): ₹13,000/-
- Counsellor – XVFC: ₹20,000/-
🎯 Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on merit and document verification. Shortlisted candidates will be called for testimonial verification.

Minimum Age: 21 years
Maximum Age: 40 years
Note: Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules for reserved categories.
