🎓 Educational Qualifications

  • Monthly Consolidated Fee: ₹80,000 per month

Duties & Responsibilities:

Legal Consultants will be expected to:

  • Assist senior officers of the Directorate of Enforcement as assigned
  • Appear and argue cases before the Appellate Tribunal for Foreign Exchange
  • Represent cases at PMLA Appellate Tribunal and other courts
  • Brief senior government advocates and panel advocates
  • Provide expert legal guidance on criminal and fiscal matters
