🎓 Educational Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (BA) or Science (BSc) or equivalent from a recognized university
• Matriculation (10th class) with Hindi as one of the subjects
• Computer Proficiency – Must be proficient in operating computers

💰 Stipend / Salary Details

Consolidated Pay: ₹25,500/- per month

This is a consolidated salary with no additional allowances during the adhoc period.

🎯 Selection Process

For Stenographer Grade-III:

1. English Shorthand Test – At 80 words per minute (w.p.m.)
2. Transcription Test – At 20 w.p.m. on Computer
3. Computer Proficiency Test (Qualifying)

For Clerk:

1. Written Examination (Total: 100 marks)
   • English Composition – 50 marks
   • General Knowledge – 50 marks
2. Computer Typing Test in English at 30 w.p.m. (Qualifying)

⏳ Age Limit

As on 31 January 2026:

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: As per latest Haryana Government instructions

Age Relaxation:

Relaxation available for the following categories as per Haryana Government rules:

• Deprived Scheduled Caste (DSC) / Other Scheduled Caste (OSC)
• Backward Class-A and B of Haryana State
• Persons already in Government employment
