🎓 Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree from a recognized University
- Must have passed Matriculation examination with Hindi as one of the subjects
- Proficiency in operation of Computers
💰 Stipend / Salary Details (per month)
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 25,500/- per month
🎯 Selection Process
For Stenographer Grade-III (English):
- English Shorthand Test: Speed of 80 words per minute
- Transcription: 20 words per minute on Computer
- Computer Proficiency Test: Qualifying nature
For Clerk:
- Written Examination:
- English Composition (50 marks)
- General Knowledge (50 marks)
- Computer Typing Test: Qualifying nature – English typing at 30 words per minute
⏳ Age Limit
As on 31 January 2026:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: As per the latest instructions of the Haryana Government
Age Relaxation: Available for DSC/OSC, Backward Class-A and B of Haryana State, and persons already in Government employment as per Haryana Government rules.
