🎓 Educational Qualifications
Essential Qualification:
- Senior Secondary (12th Class) in Arts, Commerce, or Science from Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education or equivalent recognized by the Government
- Good knowledge of reading and writing Hindi in Devnagari script is mandatory
Eligible Candidates Include:
- Retired teachers or government employees
- Senior citizens with social service interest
- MSW students and teachers
- Anganwadi workers
- Doctors or physicians
- Law students (until enrolled as advocates)
- Non-political social workers
- Members of NGOs, clubs, women’s groups, and self-help groups
- Educated prisoners with good conduct serving long sentences
- Any other person deemed suitable by the authority
💰 Honorarium (Per Day)
Daily Honorarium: ₹750 per day
Working Details:
- Working Days: 21 days per month (including Sundays, 2nd & 4th Saturdays, and government/local holidays)
- Working Hours: 6 hours per day
🎯 Selection Process
The selection process consists of:
- Interview: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their applications and called for an interview
- Training: Selected candidates will undergo training on legal procedures and duties
- Final Selection: After successful completion of training, candidates will be issued an identity card and appointed as Para Legal Volunteers

Minimum Age: 21 years or above (no upper age limit mentioned)
Special Preference Given To:
- Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes
- Other Backward Classes
- Women candidates
- Retired government employees

Important Notes:
- Candidates must be physically and mentally fit without any defect that hinders performing duties
- Para Legal Volunteers assist in spreading legal awareness, helping needy persons access legal aid, and supporting legal services initiatives
- This is a voluntary position with the aim of providing legal assistance to underprivileged sections of society
- Preference will be given to candidates with social service background and commitment to community welfare
- Candidates involved in active politics are not eligible
