🎓 Educational Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th) with Commerce stream
- Alternative: Graduation in any stream (if no commerce candidate is available)
- Preference: Candidates with higher educational qualifications will be given priority
Additional Requirements:
- Must be an active woman member of a Self-Help Group (SHG) under NRLM for at least 2 years (as of notification date)
- Must have a valid member code entered in NRLM MIS (LokOS)
- Basic computer skills preferred (MS Word, Excel, Internet browsing)
- Should have clear knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
- Must be physically fit and willing to work in villages/districts/state level
Not Eligible:
- Candidates engaged in regular government/non-government paid work (ICDS workers, ASHA workers, NRP, BOD)
- SHG members holding “RI portfolio”
💰 Stipend / Salary Details (Performance-Based)
Community Auditors will be paid based on the number of audits completed:
Audit Charges per SHG (Yearly):
- With running CIF Loan: ₹225 per audit
- Without CIF Loan: ₹200 per audit
Audit Charges per Sangha Cooperative (Quarterly):

| Above ₹1.25 Crore | ₹1,000 |
Annual Bonus: ₹2,000 (on completion of all assigned audits)
Note: Total earning depends on the number of audits assigned and completed by the auditor.
🎯 Selection Process
The selection will be based on:
- Written Examination – 80 Marks
- Personal Interview – 20 Marks (including computer skills test)
Total: 100 Marks
⏳ Age Limit
As on 1st January 2025:
- Minimum Age: 25 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
