🎯 Selection Process
The selection will be done through the following steps:
- Personal Interview – Face-to-face interview to assess your suitability and experience
- Computer Test – Computer-based test conducted on the day of interview
- On-Job Training (OJT) – Selected candidates must complete 10 days of unpaid on-job training before signing the employment contract
- Final Selection – After successful completion of all above steps, appointment letter will be issued
Important: Candidates must bring all original educational certificates, work experience documents, discharge book (for ex-servicemen), and PPO (Pension Payment Order) at the time of interview.

- Preference for Ex-Servicemen: Priority will be given to candidates who are ex-servicemen
- No TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided for interviews
- Mandatory Training: 10 days unpaid on-job training is compulsory before employment
- Computer Test: All candidates must appear for computer test on interview day regardless of position
