🎓 Educational Qualifications
Basic Requirement: Any Graduation or Post Graduation from a recognized Indian University
Experience Requirements:
For Project Officer (SAP):
- Minimum 3 years of experience in respective SAP module (FICO/MM/PS/PP/ABAP/Basis/SD/HCM etc.)
- Hands-on configuration, testing, and integration experience
- End-to-end SAP implementation or AMC or migration project experience
- Training and support experience
For SAP Specialist:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in respective SAP module
- At least one complete end-to-end SAP implementation
- Strong functional knowledge and integration expertise
- FRS preparation experience
- SAP certification will be an added advantage
Note: Experience from academic institutions, colleges, internships, or project work will not be considered.
💰 Stipend / Salary Details (per month)
Project Officer (SAP) on Contract:
- 1st Year: Rs. 40,000 per month
- 2nd Year: Rs. 45,000 per month
SAP Specialist on Contract:
- Rs. 1,25,000 per month
Additional Benefits:
- Medical Insurance premium reimbursement

🎯 Selection Process
Selection will be based on Merit Formula (A+B+C):
A. Educational Qualification (20 marks)
- 20% of aggregate percentage in Graduation or Post Graduation
B. Relevant Experience (30 marks)
For Project Officer:
- 15 marks for initial 3 years experience
- 5 marks for each additional year (maximum 30 marks)
For SAP Specialist:
- 15 marks for initial 8 years experience
- 5 marks for each additional year (maximum 30 marks)
C. Personal Interview (50 marks)

⏳ Age Limit
Project Officer (SAP) on Contract: Maximum 40 years (as on 28 January 2026)
SAP Specialist on Contract: Maximum 65 years (as on 29 January 2026)
Age Relaxations:
- OBC: 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD: 10 years (additional to category relaxation)
- J&K Domicile (1980-1989): 5 years
Mark Relaxation:
- SC/ST candidates: 50% aggregate relaxed to pass class
