🎓 Educational Qualifications

For Project Engineer (PE-C) & Technical Officer (TO-C):

  • First Class B.E./B.Tech degree in Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Communication/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Instrumentation/Instrumentation/Electronics
  • Degree must be from a recognized university or institution
  • Minimum 1 year post-qualification relevant work experience required

For Assistant Project Engineer (APE-C):

  • Diploma in relevant engineering discipline
  • Minimum 1 year post-qualification relevant experience

💰 Salary Details (per month)

Project Engineer on Contract (PE-C):

  • 1st Year: ₹40,000/month
  • 2nd Year: ₹45,000/month
  • 3rd Year: ₹50,000/month
  • 4th Year: ₹55,000/month

Technical Officer on Contract (TO-C):

  • 1st Year: ₹25,000/month
  • 2nd Year: ₹28,000/month
  • 3rd & 4th Year: ₹31,000/month

Assistant Project Engineer on Contract (APE-C):

  • Fixed: ₹25,506/month

Contract Duration: Initially for 1 year, extendable based on project requirements and performance evaluation, up to a maximum of 4 years.


🎯 Selection Process

The selection process consists of two stages:

Stage 1: Written Test (Objective Type)

  • Weightage: 80% of total marks
  • Nature: Multiple choice questions related to technical domain and general aptitude
  • Duration: As specified by the selection committee

Stage 2: Skill Test

  • Weightage: 20% (Qualifying in nature)
  • Type: Practical assessment of technical skills relevant to the position
  • Candidates must qualify this test to be considered for final selection

Final Merit: Based on performance in the written test (80% weightage). The skill test is qualifying in nature and confirms practical ability.
