🎓 Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess a full-time graduation degree in the specified fields/streams recognized by AICTE/UGC. The degree must have been completed on or after April 01, 2024.
Eligible Disciplines:
- Engineering: B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Commerce & Finance: B.Com, CA Intermediate, or CMA
- Human Resources: BBA (HRM), BA (HRM), or BMS
- General Management & Arts: BBA (General), BA in English, Sociology, or Social Science
Important Note: Only Indian Nationals are eligible. Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training elsewhere or are currently undergoing training with another organization cannot apply.
💰 Stipend Details (Per Month)
Total Monthly Stipend: ₹15,000/- (Consolidated)
Breakdown:
- ₹10,500/- paid by EdCIL
- ₹4,500/- through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS)
🎯 Selection Process
Selection will be conducted through an Online Interview.
Evaluation Criteria:
- Academic Performance in Degree: 80% weightage
- Performance in Interview: 20% weightage
Shortlisting: If the number of applicants exceeds five times the vacancies, candidates will be shortlisted based on their final degree percentage for the interview round.
Reservation Policy: As per government norms for SC/ST/OBC candidates. Unfilled reserved category vacancies may be filled from other categories.

- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST candidates: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates: 3 years
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 years
