🎓 Educational Qualifications
Candidates must fulfill the educational and teaching requirements as per NMC-Teachers Eligibility Qualifications 2025 for the respective department and post. Additionally:
- Must hold MS/MD/M.Phil/Ph.D in the relevant specialty
- Must be registered with State Medical Council/National Medical Commission (NMC) at the time of appointment

🎯 Selection Process
The selection will be done through the following stages:
- Document Verification – Mandatory verification between 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on the walk-in date
- Screening Test – MCQ-based test may be conducted if applications exceed 10 per post (marks not counted for final merit)
- Walk-In Interview – Final selection based solely on interview performance before the selection board
⏳ Age Limit
Maximum Age: 67 years as on the date of interview
Note: Contract can be extended up to 70 years of age based on annual performance review.
📑 How to Apply
This is a Walk-In Interview process. Follow these steps:
- Download the application form (Annexure B) from the official notification
- Fill the form completely with accurate details
- Prepare Demand Draft of ₹500 (if applicable) in favor of “ESI Fund Account No.1” payable at Chennai
- Carry all required documents (originals + photocopies)
- Reach the venue between 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on your scheduled interview date
- Complete document verification and attend the interview
Important Notes:
- Late arrivals will not be entertained
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview
- Only one application per interview batch (except Emergency Medicine/ICU/Super Speciality)
