🎓 Educational Qualifications
For Full Time Specialist / Part Time Specialist:
- PG Degree or PG Diploma in the concerned medical specialty from a recognized university
- Must be registered with the Medical Council
- Minimum 3 years experience after acquiring PG Degree, OR minimum 5 years experience after acquiring Diploma
For Senior Resident:
- PG Degree or PG Diploma in the concerned specialty and registered with the Medical Council, OR
- MBBS with at least 2 years of working experience in the concerned specialty (preference given to PG qualified candidates)
💰 Salary & Stipend Details (Per Month)
Full Time Specialist (FTS)
- Base Salary: Rs. 1,35,129/-
- Additional Benefits: Transport Allowance + Dearness Allowance (DA) as per rules
- Contract Duration: 3 years (subject to annual evaluation)
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Mon-Fri) & 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Saturday) + Emergency calls 24/7
Part Time Specialist (PTS)
- Base Salary: Rs. 60,000/- (fixed)
- Emergency Call Charges: Rs. 15,000/- per month
- Additional Remuneration: Rs. 800/- per call for hours beyond 16 hours/week
- Minimum Hours: 16 hours per week (4 hours × 4 days)
- Contract Duration: 1 year or until regular/FTS incumbent joins
Senior Resident (SR)

🎯 Selection Process
The selection will be conducted through a Walk-in Interview only. The process includes:
