🎓 Educational Qualifications

For Specialist Positions:

• Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in the relevant medical specialty from a recognized university/institute
• Experience Required:
  • Minimum 3 years experience after obtaining PG Degree, OR
  • Minimum 5 years experience after obtaining Diploma

For Accident & Emergency Department Specialist:

• MBBS Degree followed by a Post-Graduate degree (MD/MS) in Emergency Medicine or related specialties like Internal Medicine, Anesthesia, or Surgery
• Experience: Minimum 3 years after PG degree or 5 years after Diploma

For Senior Resident Positions:

• Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma from a recognized university in the same specialty you’re applying for

💰 Salary & Stipend Details (Monthly)

Full Time Contractual Specialist:

• Junior Specialist: ₹1,39,462/- per month (consolidated) + Transport Allowance + DA on TA
• Senior Specialist: ₹1,62,328/- per month (consolidated) + Transport Allowance + DA on TA

Part Time Contractual Specialist:

• Base Fee: ₹60,000/- per month (for 16 hours/week)
• Emergency Visit: ₹15,000/- per visit (additional)
• Extra Hours: ₹800/- per hour (beyond 16 hours/week)

Senior Resident (3-Year Scheme):

• Monthly Stipend: ₹67,700/- as per Level-11 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix
• Additional Allowances: As per ESIC rules
• Note for Diploma Holders: Amount reduced by ₹1,350/-
