Essential Qualifications for Senior Resident:

• Post-Graduate degree in the concerned department/subject (MD, MS, or DNB) from a recognized institution
• Valid registration with Karnataka State Medical Council (KMC) or National Medical Commission (NMC) for both MBBS and PG degrees
• Degree must be obtained as per norms prescribed by ESIC

Important Eligibility Conditions:

• Candidates currently working under bond in any government institution are NOT eligible
• Candidates who have already completed 3 years as Senior Resident in any government institution are NOT eligible
• Candidates must apply in the department they specialize in

💰 Salary Details (Per Month)

Fixed Consolidated Remuneration: ₹1,40,545/- per month

Additional Allowances:

• TA (Travel Allowance) as applicable
• DA on TA (Dearness Allowance on Travel Allowance)

Not Included:

• No HRA (House Rent Allowance)
• No NPA (Non-Practicing Allowance)
• No DA (Dearness Allowance) on basic salary

🎯 Selection Process

The selection is completely based on your interview performance:

Stage 1: Walk-In Registration & Document Verification

• Date: 15 January 2026 (9:00 AM – 10:30 AM)
• All eligible candidates must register and submit their documents
• Only candidates with complete eligible documents will be allowed to proceed
• No candidate will be registered after 10:30 AM

Stage 2: Personal Interview

• Date: 16 January 2026 (9:30 AM onwards)
• Conducted by a selection board constituted by the Dean, ESIC Medical College
