🎓 Educational Qualifications
Chief General Manager / General Manager (Planning & Design)
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in DPR review, project approvals, infrastructure construction monitoring, and structural/architectural design coordination
- Total 17-23 years of executive experience (depending on sector and background)
Chief General Manager / General Manager (Contracts)
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 10 years’ experience in tender processing, contract evaluation, and handling large infrastructure projects (preferably with multilateral funding from World Bank/AFD/ADB)
- Total 17-23 years of executive experience
Deputy General Manager (Civil–Safety)
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Full-time Diploma in Industrial Safety (one year)
- 8-10 years of executive experience post-qualification, with at least 6 years in civil safety for major infrastructure projects
Assistant Manager (Civil–Safety)
- Same as DGM Civil–Safety
- 5-7 years of post-qualification experience, including 4 years in safety-related work
Assistant Manager (Operations)
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Computer Science, or IT
- 7 years of train operations experience in private sector OR 5 years in Metro/Railway/Railway PSU
Sr. Supervisor (Operations)
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Computer Science, or IT
- At least 6 years working as Station Controller, Train Operator, Traffic Controller, or Depot Controller in Metro/Railway/Railway PSU operations
💰 Salary / Stipend Details (Per Month)

🎯 Selection Process
The selection will be conducted in the following stages:
- Personal Interview – Assessment of candidacy, experience, and suitability for the role
- Document Verification – Verification of all submitted certificates and credentials
- Medical Examination – Final medical fitness check
