🎓 Educational Qualifications

The qualifications differ based on the apprenticeship type:

Trade Apprentice (Ex-ITI):

• Passed All India Trade Test (AITT) for Craftsmen Training Scheme
• Possess a National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued by NCVT (National Council for Vocational Training)
• Must have relevant trade certificate in respective feeder trade

Trade Apprentice (Fresher):

• Passed Class 10th standard (10+2 Madhyamik or equivalent from recognized Central/State Board)
• No prior experience required

Graduate Apprentice:

• Degree in Engineering or Technology from a Statutory University or authorized institution
• Can be in any engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, etc.)

Technician Apprentice:

• Diploma in Engineering from State Council or Board of Technical Education
• Can be in any relevant engineering field

HR Trainees:

• Full-time Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
• Plus one of the following:
  • MBA/PGDM with 60% marks minimum (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates)
  • PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • PG Degree in Human Resource Development, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Social Work, or Labour Welfare
  • First Class or equivalent in Masters degree related to HR field
