🎓 Educational Qualifications
Essential Qualifications (as on 20.02.2026):
Candidates must possess ANY ONE of the following combinations:
Option 1:
- Higher Secondary Certificate (10+2) with at least 50% marks
- Two years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) OR Diploma in Education (D.Ed)
Option 2:
- Higher Secondary Certificate with at least 45% marks
- Two years D.El.Ed/D.Ed (as per NCTE Recognition Norms 2002)
Option 3:
- Higher Secondary Certificate with at least 50% marks
- Four years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)
Option 4:
- Higher Secondary Certificate with at least 50% marks
- Two years Diploma in Education (Special Education)
Option 5:
- Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.)
- Six months Bridge Course in Elementary Education (PDPET)
Additional Mandatory Requirements:
✅ TET Certificate – Recognized by Government of Goa as per NCTE Guidelines
✅ Teaching Experience – Minimum 2 years in Primary Schools recognized by Directorate of Education

Final Selection:
Total Score = CBT-II Marks (80) + Class Demonstration (10) = 90 Marks
Merit list prepared in descending order. In case of tie, candidate born earlier gets preference.
Note: CBT-I is only for screening – marks NOT counted in final merit.
