🎓 Educational Qualifications
Both posts require the same basic qualifications:
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree from any recognized University (UGC-approved) or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government
- Computer Knowledge: Basic computer application skills as per Gujarat Civil Services Classification & Recruitment (General) Rules 1967
- Language: Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both is mandatory

🎯 Selection Process
Selection happens in three stages:
- Preliminary Qualification Test — Shorthand Test to screen eligible candidates
- Main Exam — Paper 1 — Descriptive & Objective type written exam
- Skill Test — Paper 2 — Shorthand & Typing speed test
Candidates must clear each stage to proceed to the next.
