🎓 Educational Qualifications

For Mechanical & Electrical Technicians (D6):

• Diploma in Engineering (full-time & regular) in the relevant trade from a recognized Board of Technical Education
• OR Diploma awarded by Indian Air Force/Indian Army/Indian Navy after prescribed training
• Plus: Minimum 2 years of working experience in Aircraft Maintenance

For Aerodrome Technician (B4):

• Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination in any stream
• Plus: Minimum 3 years of working experience in aerodrome/flight operations at a flying base/station

Important: Qualifications must be acquired through regular/formal mode only.

💰 Salary & Stipend (Per Month)

For D6 Grade (Mechanical & Electrical Technicians):

• Basic Pay on Joining: ₹23,000/month
• Dearness Allowance (DA): Revised quarterly on Basic Pay
• Perks & Allowances: 25% of Basic Pay (covers Conveyance, Canteen, Washing, Magazine, Professional Development)
• Medical Allowance: ₹1,500/month (lump sum)
• Annual Increment: 3% on Basic Pay (subject to satisfactory performance)

For B4 Grade (Aerodrome Technician):

• Basic Pay on Joining: ₹21,000/month
• Dearness Allowance (DA): Revised quarterly on Basic Pay
• Perks & Allowances: 25% of Basic Pay
• Medical Allowance: ₹1,500/month (lump sum)
• Annual Increment: 3% on Basic Pay

Additional Benefits (All Positions):

• Monthly/Annual Incentive

🎯 Selection Process

The selection process is simple and transparent:

Step 1: Online Application & Initial Screening

Step 2: Written Test (Scheduled for January 11, 2026)

• Duration: 2.5 hours
• Format: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
