All positions are for ITI Electrician Trade candidates across HESCOM’s operational areas in Karnataka state.

Coverage Area: HESCOM serves northern Karnataka districts including Hubli, Dharwad, Belgaum, Bagalkot, Gadag, Haveri, Uttara Kannada, and other regions.

Training Duration: 1 year apprenticeship program with practical on-the-job training in electrical distribution operations.

🎓 Educational Qualifications

Essential Qualification:

• Completion of 2 years ITI in Electrician trade from a recognized institution
• Must possess NCVT (National Council for Vocational Training) or SCVT (State Council for Vocational Training) Provisional National Trade Certificate
• Certificate should be valid and issued by recognized authority

Note: Only candidates with ITI Electrician trade certificates are eligible. Other ITI trades are not accepted for this recruitment.

💰 Stipend Details (per month)

Monthly Stipend: ₹9,600

This stipend will be paid throughout the entire one-year apprenticeship training period.

Additional Information:

• Stipend is fixed for all apprentices regardless of category

Two-Stage Selection:
