🎓 Educational Qualifications
For Graduate Apprentices (Category I):
- Full-time Degree in Engineering or Technology (B.Tech/B.E) in relevant discipline from:
- Statutory University, OR
- Institution empowered by Act of Parliament, OR
- Professional body recognized by State/Central Government
- Minimum Marks: 60% in qualifying examination (50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates)
For Technician Apprentices (Category II):
- Full-time Diploma in Engineering/Technology in relevant discipline from:
- State Council/Board of Technical Education
- Recognized University
- Institution recognized by State/Central Government
- For Commercial Practice: Diploma in Commercial Practice from recognized institution
- Minimum Marks: 60% in qualifying examination (50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates)
Important Eligibility Conditions:
- Training is for candidates who passed in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025
- Candidates with equivalent qualifications must submit Equivalency Certificate from competent authority
- For CGPA/Grade Points, conversion to percentage as per University/Institute rules (if not defined, multiply aggregate grade points by 10)
- Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training in any organization are NOT eligible
💰 Stipend Details (per month)

Additional Benefits:
- Subsidized canteen facility during office hours

Note:
- No travel expenses are admissible during training
- HOCL has no obligation to offer employment after training completion
- Apprentices cannot claim right to employment based on completion of training
🎯 Selection Process
The selection process involves:
- Shortlisting: Based on percentage of marks in minimum prescribed qualification for respective discipline
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates called for verification of original certificates (age, qualification, caste, disability, etc.) with self-attested copies
- Assessment: Written Test / Skill Test / Interview
- Final Selection: Based on merit order and reservation policy, subject to medical fitness
Important: Category/reservation claimed in online application will be considered final. Relevant certificates as per Government standards must be produced at verification, otherwise reservation claim will be ignored and treated as Unreserved category.
