🎓 Educational Qualifications
You must hold a B.E. / B.Tech degree in one of these branches:
- Civil
- Mechanical
- Electrical
- Instrumentation
Minimum Marks Required:
- UR / OBC-NC candidates: 60% aggregate
- SC / ST / PwBD candidates: 50% aggregate
Degree must have been passed on or before 1 April 2023.
💰 Stipend / Salary Details
₹25,000 per month
This is split as:
- ₹20,500 — paid directly by HPCL
- ₹4,500 — paid by the Government of India via DBT scheme
