🎓 Educational Qualifications

Each position has specific educational requirements:

Finance Positions

• Assistant General Manager (Finance) & Senior Manager (Finance): MBA (Finance) or equivalent (MFC/CA/ICWA) with 6 years of relevant experience in banking/financial institutions (minimum 3 years in executive role)

Personnel & Administration

• Manager (P&A): MBA (Personnel) or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in corporate HR/administration. Law degree preferred.

Infrastructure & Real Estate

• Senior Manager (Infrastructure): B.E/B.Tech (Civil) with MBA preferred, 6+ years relevant experience (minimum 3 years executive role)
• Manager (Infrastructure): B.E/B.Tech (Civil) with MBA preferred, 2+ years experience
• Senior Manager (Estate) & Manager (Estate): B.E/B.Tech or MBA or both, with 6/2+ years experience respectively. LLB is advantageous.

Accounts & Legal

• Manager (Accounts): CA/ICWA with 2+ years in banking/industry. MBA is advantageous.
• Manager (Legal): LLB (2nd Division) with 2+ years in legal drafting, agreements, and case management.

Urban Planning

• Assistant Town Planner: M.Tech/Post-graduation diploma in planning (urban/regional) or equivalent, OR B.Tech in planning with 2 years experience. AutoCAD proficiency required.

IT Positions

• System Analyst/Senior Programmer: B.E/B.Tech/MCA (IT/Computer Science) with 6+ years experience (minimum 3 years executive)
• Junior System Analyst/Programmer: B.E/B.Tech/MCA (IT/Computer Science) with 2+ years experience

Additional Requirement for All Posts: Hindi/Sanskrit qualification up to Matric level is mandatory.

Basic Age Requirement: 18 to 42 years (as on closing date: February 16, 2026)

Age Relaxations Available:

• Scheduled Castes (SC) and Backward Classes (BC) of Haryana: 5 years

• Persons with Disabilities (PwD): 5 years (up to 52 years maximum)
