🎓 Educational Qualifications

1. Deputy Registrar

• Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks
• 5 years experience as Assistant Registrar in Level 10 or equivalent in Government/Research establishments

2. Private Secretary

• Master’s Degree with 50% marks and excellent English command
• Computer key depression speed: 60 wpm
• One-year Diploma in Computer and Office Applications
• 5 years experience in Government organizations in Pay Level 6
• Desirable: English stenography 100 wpm

3. Junior Assistant (Multi Skill)

• Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks
• Excellent computer proficiency in MS Office
• 3 years experience in office practices/hospitality

4. Senior Superintendent (Deputation)

• Master’s Degree with 50% marks
• 5 years in Pay Level 6 handling Admin/Finance/Academic/Legal matters

5. Senior Technical Officer (IT)

• B.E./B.Tech in relevant field with First Class (6.5 CGPA)
• 5 years ICT experience in Pay Level 10 or equivalent

6. Technical Officer (Lab)

• M.Sc./BS-MS in Instrumentation/Physical Science with First Class
• 5 years research/laboratory experience post-Master’s

7. Junior Technical Assistant (Lab)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Geology with 55% marks
• 5 years lab experience in Earth & Environmental Sciences

8. Assistant Engineer (Civil)

• B.E. in Civil Engineering with First Class + 3 years experience in Level 6
• OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with First Class + 5 years experience

9. Junior Engineer (Electrical)

• B.E. in Electrical/HVAC Engineering with First Class + 5 years experience
• OR Diploma in Electrical/HVAC with First Class + 8 years experience

10. Medical Officer

• MBBS registered with Medical Council
• 5 years post-internship experience in multi-speciality hospital
• Desirable: MD in General Medicine

11. Nurse

• Master’s Degree in Nursing with 50% marks
• OR First Class B.Sc. (Nursing) 4-year degree
• Registered as Nurse & Midwife
• 5 years clinical experience in 50+ bedded hospital

12. Junior Library Superintendent

• Master’s Degree in Library Science with 55% marks
• OR First Class Bachelor’s in Library Science
• 5 years experience in digital library management
• Desirable: Diploma in Computer Application/Library Automation

13. Physical Education Instructor

• Master’s Degree in Physical Education/Sports Science with First Class
• Diploma in Coaching from NIS
• Must qualify physical fitness test
• 5 years experience with national/international event participation

14. Junior Translator (Rajbhasha)

• Master’s Degree in Hindi with English OR English with Hindi
• 5 years office experience with Hindi/English typing skills

🎯 Selection Process

• For Group A Posts: Written test and/or Trade test followed by Interview
• For Group B & C Posts: Written test and/or Trade test (Interview dispensed as per DoPT guidelines)
• Institute reserves the right to conduct additional tests and shortlisting
• Candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility and additional criteria set by the Institute
• Final selection will be based on overall performance in all stages
