Option 1: M.Sc. in Science
- M.Sc. in Physics, Material Science, or Nano Science & Technology
- Minimum 60% marks
- MUST have: CSIR NET-LS (Lectureship) qualification OR Valid GATE score
Option 2: B.Tech/B.E. in Engineering
- B.Tech. in Materials Science and Engineering, Metallurgy, or Mechanical Engineering
- MUST have: Valid GATE score
Option 3: M.Tech/M.E. in Engineering
- M.Tech in Materials Science and Engineering, Metallurgy, or Mechanical Engineering
- MUST have: GATE qualified
