🎓 Educational Qualifications

You must meet ONE of the following qualification criteria:

Option 1: M.Sc. in Science

  • M.Sc. in Physics, Material Science, or Nano Science & Technology
  • Minimum 60% marks
  • MUST have: CSIR NET-LS (Lectureship) qualification OR Valid GATE score

Option 2: B.Tech/B.E. in Engineering

  • B.Tech. in Materials Science and Engineering, Metallurgy, or Mechanical Engineering
  • MUST have: Valid GATE score

Option 3: M.Tech/M.E. in Engineering

  • M.Tech in Materials Science and Engineering, Metallurgy, or Mechanical Engineering
  • MUST have: GATE qualified

Important: GATE or CSIR NET-LS qualification is mandatory depending on your educational background.


💰 Salary & Stipend Details (Per Month)

  • Junior Research Fellow: ₹37,000/- per month + HRA (House Rent Allowance as per IIT Indore norms)

🎯 Selection Process

The selection will be conducted through the following process:
