🎯 Selection Process – How to Get Selected

The selection is based on a Merit System with a total of 100 marks distributed as:

75 Marks: Based on your educational qualifications

  • Aggregate marks obtained in all years of your qualifying exam
  • Higher qualification = Better marks

Up to 10 Marks: Experience weightage

  • 1 mark for each completed year after getting your qualification
  • Previous job experience will be valued

Up to 15% Marks (Max 15 Marks): Professional Experience Weightage

  • Special weightage for work in tribal, rural, and urban areas
  • Additional marks if you worked during COVID-19 period

  • Tribal Area work: 2.5 marks per 6 months
