🎓 Educational Qualifications Required

Minimum Educational Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. or B.Tech) from a recognized Indian university or institution approved by:
    • Central/State Government legislature
    • UGC, IIT, AICTE, NIT, or IIIT acts

Special Provision for Final Year Students:

If you’re in your final year of engineering, you can apply right now! However, you must:

  • Submit proof of passing your final exam by 01 October 2026

Step 1: Online Application

Step 3: SSB Centre Allotment

Step 5: Physical Fitness Test (During SSB)

🎖️ What Happens After Selection?

Training Details:

  • Duration: 49 weeks
  • Location: Officers Training Academy (OTA), Gaya, Bihar
  • Cost: Fully funded by Government of India
  • Starting Rank: Lieutenant

Service Commitment:

  • Initial Service: 10 years (compulsory)
  • Extension Options:
