🎓 Educational Qualifications

Trade Apprentice (ITI):

Matriculation + 2-year ITI course (NCVT/SCVT recognized) in respective trades:
- Fitter
- Electrician
- Electronics Mechanic
- Instrument Mechanic
- Machinist
Qualification acquired between 01.04.2021 and 31.12.2025

Technician Apprentice (Diploma):

3-year full-time Diploma in Engineering:
- Mechanical
- Electrical
- Instrumentation
- Civil
- Electrical & Electronics
- Electronics
Minimum 50% marks for General/EWS/OBC-NCL (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
Qualification acquired between 01.04.2022 and 31.12.2025

Graduate Apprentice:

Full-time graduation in any discipline (BA/B.Com/B.Sc/BBA)
Minimum 50% marks for General/EWS/OBC-NCL (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
Qualification acquired between 01.04.2022 and 31.12.2025

Data Entry Operator:

Class 12th (but below graduate level)
Minimum 50% marks for General/EWS/OBC-NCL (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
Skill Certificate holders (Code 114) must have ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator’ certificate
Qualification acquired between 01.04.2021 and 31.12.2025

Important Notes:

Only full-time regular courses from recognized institutes accepted
Part-time/Correspondence/Distance learning NOT eligible
Higher qualifications like B.E./B.Tech, MBA, MCA, CA, ICWA, LLB NOT eligible
Candidates possessing or pursuing higher professional qualifications will NOT be considered

💰 Stipend Details (per month)

Stipend will be as prescribed under Apprentices Act 1961/1973, Apprentices Rules 1992/2019/2025 as amended from time to time. The exact amount will be communicated at the time of engagement and paid monthly during the training period.

Merit-Based Selection – No Written Test/Interview

Selection based purely on percentage of marks in prescribed qualification
Merit list prepared for all eligible candidates who applied via NAPS/NATS portal
Shortlisted candidates called for document verification
Pre-engagement medical fitness test mandatory
Offer of engagement issued to candidates with verified documents and medical fitness
Unfilled opportunities considered from panel/merit list

STEP 2: Apply for IOCL Opportunity

Login to respective portal with User ID/Email
Search and apply for IOCL opportunity using:

STEP 3: Verify Profile Details

Ensure all personal, educational details and aggregate percentage are correct
Apply for ONLY ONE DISCIPLINE CODE (multiple applications will be rejected)
