🎓 Educational Qualifications

Technician Apprentice (Diploma – Codes 101-106)

• 3 years regular full-time Diploma in relevant engineering discipline
• Minimum 50% marks for General/EWS/OBC-NCL candidates
• Minimum 45% marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates
• Qualification obtained between 1st April 2022 and 31st December 2025

Trade Apprentice (ITI – Codes 107-111)

• Matriculation (10th Pass)
• 2 years regular full-time ITI course in relevant trade (NCVT/SCVT recognized)
• Qualification obtained between 1st April 2021 and 31st December 2025

Graduate Apprentice (Code 112)

• Regular full-time graduation in any discipline (BA/B.Com/B.Sc/BBA)
• Minimum 50% marks for General/EWS/OBC-NCL candidates
• Minimum 45% marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates
• Qualification obtained between 1st April 2022 and 31st December 2025

Data Entry Operator (Codes 113-114)

• Class 12th pass (but below graduate level)
• Minimum 50% marks for General/EWS/OBC-NCL candidates
• Minimum 45% marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates
• For Code 114: Additional Skill Certificate in ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator’ required

Important Notes:

• Part-time/Correspondence/Distance Learning qualifications are NOT eligible
• Candidates with higher qualifications like B.E./B.Tech., MBA, MCA, CA, ICWA, LLB are NOT eligible
• CGPA/OGPA must be converted to percentage as per university norms

💰 Stipend / Salary Details (per month)

Stipend will be paid as per Apprentices Act 1961/1973 and Apprentices Rules 1992/2019/2025 (as amended). The exact amount will be communicated at the time of engagement and paid monthly during the 12-month training period.

🎯 Selection Process

No Written Test or Interview Required!

Selection is purely merit-based on the following criteria:

1. Merit List Preparation: Based on percentage of marks in the prescribed qualification
2. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification
3. Medical Fitness Test: Pre-engagement medical examination mandatory
4. Final Offer: Candidates clearing all stages will receive the engagement offer

Note: Upon completion of training, there is NO obligation from IOCL to offer permanent employment.

After applying on NAPS/NATS, you MUST also fill the Microsoft Form to provide location preferences and additional details:
