💰 Stipend / Salary Details (Per Month)
All apprentices receive a monthly stipend as per the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 and Apprentices Rules, 1992, following IOCL’s guidelines. The exact stipend amount varies based on the specific trade and discipline you’re placed in.
