๐ Educational Qualifications
For Both Posts:
- Minimum Education: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
Job Responsibilities:
Assistant Manager:
- Manage, review, and analyze all MIS related to the area (HOs, SOs, BOs, IBCs)
- Work on enhancing process efficiency and standardization
- Conduct regular field visits to Head Offices, Sub Offices, Branch Offices & IBC’s
- Promote and drive IPPB business by organizing Business Camps, Financial Literacy Camps, melas, etc.
- Assist end users in resolving queries on business, operations, and device handling
- Raise technology-related issues to the Systems Integrator on behalf of agents
- Help in end-user onboarding by allocating devices, SIM cards, inventory, and training manuals
Junior Associate:
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with all channel partners
- Drive sales and disseminate marketing information, events, training, and promotions
- Sell all available banking products
- Identify individual business correspondents for onboarding, activation, and revenue generation
- Assist in end-user onboarding with devices, SIM cards, inventory, and training materials
- Identify potential business areas and organize sales campaigns
- Interact with DOP (Department of Posts) offices to generate revenue
- Cross-sell products and services, source CASA business, and generate leads
๐ฐ Salary Details (per month)
Pay Structure:
- Officers/employees appointed on deputation/foreign service may choose either:
- Pay in the scale of the deputation post, OR
- Basic pay in parent cadre + Deputation allowance + Personal pay (if any)
The selected candidates will be entitled to salary as per IPPB pay structure along with applicable allowances.

Selection Criteria:
- Merit List: Based on percentage of marks obtained in graduation (banking outlet wise)
- Tie-Breaker: In case of equal percentages, the candidate with earlier date of birth will be selected

Important Points:
- Candidates must fill exact percentage of marks up to two decimal places
- Percentage = (Total marks obtained รท Aggregate maximum marks) ร 100
- This applies to all subjects in all semesters/years, irrespective of honors/optional/additional optional subjects
- Applicable even for universities where class/grade is decided on honors marks only
- Rounding of percentage is NOT acceptable
