🎓 Educational Qualifications
For Graduate Apprentices:
- Required: Graduate or equivalent degree in Engineering/Technology in relevant streams (Civil/Electrical/S&T)
- Must have passed in 2026, 2025, 2024 or on/after 01.01.2023 (not more than 3 years after passing)
For Technician (Diploma) Apprentices:
- Required: Diploma or equivalent in Engineering/Technology in relevant streams (Civil/Electrical/S&T)
- Must have passed in 2026, 2025, 2024 or on/after 01.01.2023 (not more than 3 years after passing)
Important Conditions:
- Result awaited/supplementary/back paper candidates not eligible
- Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training anywhere not eligible
- Candidates with 1 year or more of work experience after qualification not eligible
- Fresh graduates/diploma holders only
💰 Stipend Details (Per Month)

Training Duration: One Year (No extension after completion)
Note: Completion of apprenticeship does not guarantee regular employment with IRCON.
🎯 Selection Process
- Merit-Based Selection: No interview will be conducted
- Selection based on marks secured in essential educational qualification
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must produce original certificates
- Medical Fitness: Selected candidates must submit medical fitness certificate before joining
- Final merit list will be published on the official website

- Register as “Student”
- Obtain unique registration number
Step 2: Online Application
- Visit IRCON official website: www.ircon.org
- Go to HR & Career → Career @ IRCON → Apprentices under Act 1961
- Create account or login with existing credentials
- Fill application form with accurate details
- Upload required documents (PDF/JPG format, max 2MB each):
- 10th Certificate (Date of Birth proof)
- Degree/Diploma certificates and mark sheets
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- EWS certificate (if applicable)
- Identity proof (Aadhaar/PAN/Passport/Voter ID)
- Recent passport size photograph
- Digital signature
- Preview all details carefully
- Submit the application
- Take printout of submitted form
Step 3: Send Hard Copy
- Sign the printed application at bottom right corner
- Attach self-attested photocopies of all documents
