🎓 Educational Qualifications

Essential Qualification:

• Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade
• From AICTE/UGC approved recognized University/Institute

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in:
  • Electrical construction
  • Procurement, Installation, Testing & Commissioning
  • TRD Maintenance in Railways/Metro Rail/Power Transmission/Distribution utilities

Preferred Experience:

• Railway OHE (Overhead Equipment)
• Power Supply Systems
• SCADA
• E&M (Electrical & Mechanical)
• Electrical utility Diversion

Not Acceptable:

• Teaching/Training experience
• Consultancy experience
• Freelancing experience

Health Requirements:

• Sound health (mandatory medical fitness)
• Free from color blindness
• No relaxation in health standards

💰 Salary Details (per month)

Fixed Consolidated Pay: ₹60,000/- per month

Annual Increment: 5% on Fixed Consolidated Pay after each completed year of service

Additional Benefits:

• Provident Fund (PF): Minimum PF as per EPF & MP Act 1952 will be deducted; matching contribution by IRCON; payable upon contract cessation
• Medical Insurance: Health insurance coverage of ₹3,00,000 for self (Premium ceiling: ₹4,000/year; reimbursable upon submission of policy copy and premium receipt)
• Leave: One leave per calendar month of service (can be carried forward and accumulated; no encashment)
• Weekly Off: One weekly off plus public holidays as applicable to the project
• TA/DA: Admissible when deputed on outstation duty
