General Medicine

• MD (Medicine) OR MD (General Medicine) OR DNB (Medicine) OR DNB (General Medicine) from recognized institution

General Surgery

• MS Surgery OR MS General Surgery OR DNB Surgery OR DNB General Surgery from recognized institution

Ophthalmology

• MS Ophthalmology OR DNB Ophthalmology from recognized institution

ENT (Oto Rhino Laryngology)

3. Upload required documents:
   • Recent passport-size colored photograph (date-stamped, taken after 01/01/2025)
   • Signature
   • File size: 10-20 KB (JPEG/JPG format only)
4. Select the post from “Show Examination” section
5. Click “APPLY” button and read instructions carefully
6. Fill remaining fields and accept declaration
7. Click “SUBMIT” to push data to server

9. Upload required documents after fee payment
