Finance Officer – 1 Post (Tenure)

Salary: Level-14 (7th CPC) Experience Required: 15 years as Assistant Professor (Level 11+) or 8 years as Associate Professor (Level 12+) with administrative experience. OR 15 years administrative experience with 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent. Master’s Degree: Required with minimum 55% marks

Controller of Examinations – 1 Post (Tenure)

Salary: Level-14 (7th CPC) Experience Required: Same as Finance Officer Master’s Degree: Required with minimum 55% marks

Deputy Librarian – 1 Post

Salary: Academic Level-13A (7th CPC) Experience Required: 8 years as Assistant University Librarian/College Librarian Master’s Degree: In Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science with minimum 55% marks Additional: Ph.D. in relevant field (desirable), evidence of innovative library services and ICT integration

Internal Audit Officer – 1 Post (Deputation)

Salary: Level-12 (7th CPC) Experience Required: Officers from Audit & Accounts Services with minimum 3 years service at Level 11 or 5 years at Level 10 in government departments/autonomous bodies Deputation Duration: Initially 2 years, extendable on satisfactory performance

Executive Engineer (Civil) – 1 Post (Deputation/Contract)

🎓 Educational Qualifications

All positions require a Bachelor’s Degree at minimum. Senior positions (Finance Officer, Controller, Deputy Librarian) require a Master’s Degree with 55% marks.

Candidates with foreign degrees must submit an Equivalence Certificate from Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi.

Ph.D. holders with Master’s Degree before 19 September 1991 get 5% relaxation (55% becomes 50%).

🎯 Selection Process

For Group B & C Posts:

Stage 1: Written Examination (Paper I – Objective)

  • 100 marks, objective-type MCQ
  • Minimum qualifying marks: 40%

Stage 2: Descriptive Test (Paper II)

  • 100 marks, descriptive-type questions
  • Only candidates qualifying Paper I will appear
  • Minimum 50% marks required to proceed

Stage 3: Skill Test/Interview (where applicable)

  • 50 marks
  • Minimum qualifying marks: 25
  • Includes stenography test, typing test, practical skills

Merit List Preparation:

  • Based on combined performance in Paper I, Paper II, and Skill Test/Interview
  • Subject to reservation policy
