🎓 Educational Qualifications
For Technical Assistant:
- Required: 3-year Diploma in Electronics / IT / Computer Science / Computer Hardware Engineering (full-time regular course) from a Government of Kerala recognized institution
- Experience: Minimum 1 year working experience in Government Departments / Courts / PSUs providing IT technical support (hardware/software/networking)
- Desirable: 6 months experience in any court as part of e-courts project or similar judicial e-initiatives
For Data Entry Operator:
- Required:
- 3-year Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Hardware / Electronics OR
- Any Degree (full-time) with Certificate in Computer Word Processing / Data Entry Operation from a reputed institution
- Experience: Minimum 1 year working experience in Government Departments / Courts / PSUs in word processing / data entry / managing e-Sewa Kendra / handling ICT equipment
- Desirable: 6 months experience in any court handling e-courts project work

🎯 Selection Process
The selection will be conducted separately for both posts through a transparent and merit-based process:
- Skill Test and/or Interview – Primary selection method
- Written Test – May be conducted if applicant numbers are high (for shortlisting)
- Final Ranked List – Prepared based on marks obtained in skill test/interview
Note: The selection is entirely based on performance and merit.

- Minimum Age: 18 years (born on or after 02 January 2007)
- Maximum Age: 41 years (born on or before 01 January 1984)
