🎓 Educational Qualifications
Taluka Coordinator (2 Posts):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Social Work, or related disciplines
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in public health, nutrition, or community development programs at taluk/block level
- Strong understanding of maternal and child nutrition, anemia reduction programs, and IFA supplementation
- Experience coordinating with government departments (Health, ICDS, Panchayat Raj)
- Excellent communication and reporting skills in Kannada and English
- Knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel (preferred)
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the taluk
District Lead (1 Post):
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Social Sciences, or related field
- 5-8 years of relevant experience managing public health/nutrition programs at district level
- Strong knowledge of maternal and child nutrition, IFA supplementation, and community mobilization
- Proven ability to coordinate with government departments
- Excellent communication and reporting skills in Kannada and English
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the district
Field Research Investigators (6 Posts):
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Nutrition, Social Sciences, Public Health, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in community-based health/nutrition projects (fresh graduates with strong community engagement skills may apply)
- Understanding of maternal and child health, IFA supplementation, and anemia prevention programs
- Fluency in Kannada (mandatory) and working knowledge of English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned taluks and villages
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
