🎓 Educational Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
1. Master’s Degree: 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the concerned subject from an Indian University or equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
2. NET/SLET/SET Qualification: Must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC, CSIR, or similar test (SLET/SET) in the concerned subject.
OR
Ph.D. Exemption: Candidates with a Ph.D. degree awarded as per UGC Regulations 2009 or 2016 are exempted from NET/SLET/SET, provided:
- Ph.D. was awarded in regular mode
- Thesis evaluated by at least two external examiners
- Open viva voce was conducted
- Published two research papers from Ph.D. work (at least one in refereed journal)
- Presented at least two papers in conferences/seminars sponsored by UGC/ICSSR/CSIR
Desirable:
- Teaching/Post-Doctoral Experience (2 marks for each year)
💰 Salary Details (per month)
Pay Band: ₹15,600 – ₹39,100
Academic Grade Pay: ₹6,000/-

🎯 Selection Process
The selection will be conducted in two stages:
1. Academic Score Evaluation: Based on UGC Regulations guidelines for shortlisting candidates
2. Interview: Final selection will be based ONLY on interview performance
Academic scores are used solely for shortlisting candidates for the interview round.

Minimum Age: 21 years
Maximum Age: 38 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
