🎓 Educational Qualifications

For Clerk Posts (Computer Operator, Computer Operator Sambida, Society Manager):

Candidates must have ONE of the following:

Option 1: Graduation + One-year Computer Diploma

• Graduation from government-recognized university
• One-year computer diploma from UGC recognized university, DOEACC diploma level, Modern Office Management Course from Government Polytechnic, or COPA certificate from Government ITI

Option 2: Technical Degree/Diploma

• B.E./B.Tech (CSE/IT)
• MCA, BCA
• M.Sc./B.Sc. (IT/CS)
• M.Tech., M.E.
• AICTE approved Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science/Applications/IT

Option 3: Graduation with Computer Subject

• B.Sc./B.Com. with Computer as one subject

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledge of Hindi and English typing mandatory

Clerk Posts:

Salary varies by District Central Cooperative Bank (DCCB):

• Level-4 (7th Pay Scale): ₹19,500 – ₹62,000/month
  (Applicable for most DCCBs)
• Level-7 (7th Pay Scale): ₹28,700 – ₹91,300/month
  (Khargone DCCB only)
• 6th Pay Scale: ₹5,200 – ₹20,200 + GP ₹1,900/month
  (Bhind, Datia, Gwalior, Raisen, Rewa, Satna, Sidhi, Panna, Tikamgarh DCCBs)

⏳ Age Limit (as on 30 November 2025)

For Clerk Posts (Computer Operator & Society Manager):

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 35 years (40 years with relaxation)
• Birth Date: Between 01 December 1990 and 30 November 2007 (both inclusive)

For Computer Operator (Sambida):

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 55 years

Selection Method: Online Examination conducted by IBPS Mumbai

Exam Pattern:

Key Points:

• Objective type multiple choice questions
• Questions in English and Hindi (except English Language section)
• Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer
• EWS candidates (MP domicile) get 10% relaxation in cut-off marks
• Merit list based on total marks obtained
