🎓 Educational Qualifications

Different posts require different qualifications. Here’s what you need:

Ayurveda Therapist (Male & Female):

  • Ayurveda Therapist course from Government of Kerala (DAME Approved)
  • OR One-year Ayurveda Therapist course from NARIP Cheruthuruthy

Nursing Assistant / Nursing Assistant (Ayurveda):

  • ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) certification or equivalent
  • For Ayurveda: Ayurveda Therapy/Massage course

Multi-Purpose Worker (MPW) – Various Projects:

  • ANM or GNM with Computer Knowledge (MS Office)
  • OR BSc Nursing with Ayurveda specialization (for ISM PHP posts)
  • Different projects may have specific requirements

MPHW (Multi-Purpose Health Worker):

  • GNM (General Nursing Midwife) approved by recognized nursing school with Kerala Nursing & Midwife Council registration
  • OR BSc Nursing from recognized university

Yoga Instructor:

💰 Salary Details (Per Month)

Consolidated Monthly Pay Structure:

All posts are on contractual basis with consolidated monthly remuneration (no separate allowances):

  • Lowest: Nursing Assistant at ₹11,550/month
  • Highest: MPW – NCD Project at ₹17,850/month
  • Average Range: ₹13,500 – ₹15,000/month for most positions

What’s Included in Consolidated Pay:

  • Basic salary and all applicable allowances combined into one amount

🎯 Selection Process

Selection Method: Interview-based recruitment

Procedure:
