🎓 Educational Qualifications
Candidates must have held the respective position (Staff Nurse, Pharmacist, or Lab Technician) at NCL before superannuation. The educational qualifications should match the original appointment criteria for these posts. Detailed qualification requirements are available in the official notification.

💰 Remuneration Details
The salary and benefits will be governed as per Coal India Limited (CIL) guidelines issued on 12 October 2020. Specific remuneration details include:

🎯 Selection Process
The selection is entirely merit-based using a transparent scoring system:
Evaluation Criteria (Total 30 Marks)
1. Physical Attendance (15 Marks – 3 Years)
- Above 90% attendance: 5 marks per year
- 80-90% attendance: 3 marks per year
- 70-80% attendance: 2 marks per year
- Below 70% attendance: 0 marks per year
2. Annual Confidential Report – ACR (15 Marks – 3 Years)
- Outstanding/Excellent grade: 5 marks per year
- Very Good grade: 3 marks per year
Tie-Breaking Rules:
If candidates score equal marks, preference will be given in this order:
- Higher ACR marks
- Younger candidate (by date of birth)
- Junior by date of appointment
Assessment Period: The three financial years preceding superannuation (excluding the superannuation year, unless retired on March 31st).

- Maximum Age: 65 years
- The engagement period cannot extend beyond 65 years of age
- Initial contract: 1 year (extendable for another year based on performance)
