🎓 Educational Qualifications

Post-Wise Requirements:

Data Entry Operator:

• Degree with Computers OR Any Degree + PGDCA (1 year)

Pharmacist:

• Diploma in Pharmacy / B.Pharma from recognized Board/University
• Must be registered in Andhra Pradesh Para Medical Board with up-to-date renewal

Lab Technician:

• Intermediate + Diploma/Bachelor/Master Degree in Medical Lab Technology from recognized university
• OR Intermediate (Vocational) with one year Apprentice in Government affiliated Institutions
• Must be registered in Andhra Pradesh Para Medical Board with up-to-date renewal

Audio Metrician:

• Four years graduation in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology from recognized university

Senior Treatment Supervisor:

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Recognized Sanitary Inspector’s course
• Certificate course in computer operation (Minimum 2 months)
• Permanent two-wheeler driving license and should be able to drive two-wheeler

Health Visitor (TB):

• Graduate in Science OR Intermediate (10+2) in Science
• Experience of working as MPW/LHV/ANM/Health Worker/Certificate or higher course in Health Education/Counselling OR Tuberculosis health visitor recognized course
• Certificate Course in computer operations (minimum two months)

District Programme Coordinator:

• MBA/PGD Diploma in Management/Health Administration from recognized institute/University
• At least 1 year of work experience

District Public Private Mix Co-Ordinator:

• Post graduation
• 1 Year experience in field of communication/ACSM/Public and private partnership/Health projects/Programmes
• Permanent 2-wheeler Driving License and should be able to drive two-wheeler

Accountant:

• Graduate in Commerce
• Two years experience in maintenance of accounts double entry system in a recognized society or institution

Drug Resistance TB Counsellor:

• Bachelor’s (or Equivalent) degree in Social Work/Sociology/Psychology

LGS:

• 10th Class or Equivalent Qualification

🎯 Selection Process

Total Marks: 100

The selection process is merit-based with the following weightage:

1. Academic Performance (75 marks): Aggregate marks obtained in all years of qualifying examination
2. Experience Weightage (Up to 10 marks):
   • 1 mark per completed year after acquiring requisite qualification
   • Experience reckoned up to notification date
3. Service Weightage (Up to 15 marks):
   • For candidates working on Contract/Outsourcing/Honorarium basis including COVID-19 service
   • Weightage based on working area:
     • Tribal Area: 2.5 marks per six months
     • Rural Area: 2.0 marks per six months
     • Urban Area: 1.0 marks per six months
   • COVID-19 service: 0.833 marks per completed month (if less than 6 months)

Note: Candidates claiming service weightage must submit original service certificates issued by competent authority along with appointment orders.

2. Fill the application form completely with accurate details
3. Attach all required certificates and documents (self-attested copies)
4. Prepare Demand Draft for application fee in favour of “District Medical and Health Officer, Kakinada District”
5. For service weightage claims, submit original contract/Outsourcing/Honorarium service certificate in prescribed format along with appointment orders
6. Submit the completed application form to: District Medical & Health Officer Erstwhile East Godavari District, Kakinada
7. Application submission period: 15-20 December 2025
