🎓 Educational Qualifications

For Senior Capacity Building Consultant

Must have:

• Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university

Essential Experience:

• Minimum 9 years of hands-on combined experience working at District/State/National level
• Experience in panchayat governance, rural development programs, and decentralized planning
• Proven track record in capacity building and training of panchayats
• Work on development of women, children, and backward sections in rural areas

Preferred Skills:

• Extensive fieldwork experience in capacity building programs
• Experience with SDG localization and development planning
• Training material development and training of trainers expertise

For Capacity Building Consultant

Must have:

• Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university

Essential Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on combined experience at District/State/National level
• Experience in panchayat governance and rural development implementation
• Background in capacity building, training, and decentralized planning
• Work with grassroots communities on development initiatives

Preferred Skills:

• Field-level implementation experience of capacity building programs
• Work on SDG localization and thematic development plans
• Training material development capabilities

💰 Salary/Stipend Details (Per Month)

Nature of Pay: Consolidated amount (includes all allowances)

Note: This is a contractual position. Travel and subsistence payments during official tours are reimbursed separately.
