For Superintendent:
- Essential: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
- Desirable: 3 years of experience in administrative/accounts work in a Central Government/State Government/Autonomous body/PSU
For Technical Assistant:
- Essential: Diploma in Engineering (3 years) in relevant discipline OR B.Sc. with Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics
- Desirable: 2 years of relevant experience in laboratory/technical work
For Assistant:
- Essential: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
- Desirable: Knowledge of computers and office procedures
- Typing Speed: 30 wpm in English OR 25 wpm in Hindi on computer
For Junior Assistant:
- Essential: 12th Pass (10+2) from a recognized board
- Desirable: Knowledge of basic computer operations

The selection will be done through a THREE-STAGE PROCESS:
Stage 1: Written Test (Objective Type)
