🎓 Educational Qualifications

For Superintendent:

  • Essential: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
  • Desirable: 3 years of experience in administrative/accounts work in a Central Government/State Government/Autonomous body/PSU

For Technical Assistant:

  • Essential: Diploma in Engineering (3 years) in relevant discipline OR B.Sc. with Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics
  • Desirable: 2 years of relevant experience in laboratory/technical work

For Assistant:

  • Essential: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
  • Desirable: Knowledge of computers and office procedures
  • Typing Speed: 30 wpm in English OR 25 wpm in Hindi on computer

For Junior Assistant:

  • Essential: 12th Pass (10+2) from a recognized board
  • Desirable: Knowledge of basic computer operations
  • Typing Speed: 30 wpm in English OR 25 wpm in Hindi on computer

For Junior Technician:

  • Essential: ITI Certificate in relevant trade (Electrician/Fitter/Welder) OR 10+2 with Science
  • Desirable: 1 year of experience in relevant field

For Junior Engineer (Civil):

  • Essential: Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 years) from a recognized institution
  • Desirable: 2 years of experience in civil construction/maintenance work

🎯 Selection Process

The selection will be done through a THREE-STAGE PROCESS:

Stage 1: Written Test (Objective Type)

  • Duration: 2-3 hours
  • Type: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
  • Subjects:
    • General English

    • Reasoning & Aptitude
    • Subject/Trade specific questions
    • Computer Knowledge (for relevant posts)

Qualifying Marks:

  • General/EWS/OBC: 50%
  • SC/ST/PwBD: 45%

Stage 2: Skill Test/Typing Test

  • For Assistant & Junior Assistant: Typing test (30 wpm English / 25 wpm Hindi)
  • For Technical Posts: Practical/Trade test in relevant field
  • Nature: Qualifying only (marks not counted for final merit)

Stage 3: Document Verification

  • Original certificates verification
  • Medical fitness examination (if required)
  • Character verification
