🎓 Educational Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Post Graduate Degree in the concerned medical specialization (Broad Speciality) from a recognized institution
- Degree must be recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI) or National Medical Council (NMC)
- Equivalent qualifications prescribed by MCI/NMC from time to time are accepted
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year post-PG Senior Resident/Tutorship in the concerned subject
- For DNB candidates: 1 year for institutions with 500+ beds, 2 years for institutions with less than 500 beds
- Exemption: Candidates appointed as Assistant Professor before 08 June 2017 are exempt from experience requirements

Currently, ONLY PwD candidates who were eligible as per the original advertisement (age and qualification as on 26 June 2025) can apply. Other candidates’ applications will be rejected as per corrigendum.
