🎓 Educational Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (2nd Class) in relevant subject with minimum 55% marks
Master’s Degree (2nd Class) in concerned subject with minimum 55% marks
National Eligibility Test (NET) cleared in related subject conducted by ICAR/UGC/CSIR/ICMR
Ph.D. degree in concerned subject with course work as per UGC Regulation 2009
At least one publication in NAAS rated journal

Relaxation: SC/ST/PwD candidates get 5% relaxation (50% marks instead of 55% at Master’s level)

Note: Candidates who cleared NET before 11.07.2009 are exempted from NET requirement subject to conditions.

💰 Salary Details (per month)

Pay Scale: Cell-1, Level-10 (7th Pay Commission)

Basic Pay: ₹57,700/-

Additional Benefits: Dearness Allowance (DA) and other allowances as applicable

🎯 Selection Process

The selection will be based on a 100-mark evaluation system:

Academic Records: 40 marks (as per UGC guidelines)
Written Test: 30 marks
Research Publication: 10 marks (Best NAAS rated publication)
Viva-Voce (Interview): 20 marks

Final ranking will be prepared based on the total score obtained.

⏳ Age Limit

Maximum Age: 42 years (as on 20-12-2025)

Relaxation: No upper age limit for regular employees of OUAT
